MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO

In a year that is deeply meaningful to our history, we celebrate 100 years supporting the country’s productive development. This Sustainability Report reflects the path we have traveled and, above all, our vision for the future: to consolidate an increasingly sustainable business model.

During 2025, we maintained our commitment to investment, employment, and innovation. Among the most relevant milestones, we launched the new 25 kg cement bag,the result of an investment of more than USD 65 million marking a transformative change for the industry and for workers’ health and safety.

We also strengthened our social management: we promoted more than 170 projects that reached over 90,000 people, together with 701 collaborations by partner organizations and thousands of volunteers.

I invite you to explore this Report, which reflects our shared purpose: Transform people’s lives by fostering sustainable growth.

Sergio D. Faifman | Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
