Uses or applications

-Base and sub-base layers for roadways.

-Adhesion improver in asphalt mixtures.
-Reconstruction of deteriorated granular bases.

The quantity of lime to be incorporated (referred to as a percentage by weight of dry soil), the optimal moisture content, and the maximum dry density will be determined based on prior laboratory studies and in accordance with work specifications.

  1. Roadway scarification to the required depth and width
  2. Pulverization of the soil, scarification, and compaction of the base layer.
  3. Distribution of lime.
  4. Mixing of lime with the previously pulverized soil.
  5. Addition of the necessary water and its incorporation into the soil-lime mixture.
  6. Compaction of the mixture.
  7. Roadway profiling according to the specified cross-sections.
  8. Roadway/surface coating curing.
